Diagnostic Evaluation Only (no continued services): $1,250
Diagnostic Evaluation PLUS (includes continued services for 3 months): $1,500
Dyslexia Exam: $1,000
The HERO Clinic Membership: $40/Month
This includes the following services at a discounted rate of $45/session/discipline (occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, social skills group, music therapy). The HERO Clinic membership also gives you access to medication management and FREE access to The HERO Clinic monthly events! The discounted rate for counseling, parent training and behavioral interventions is $50/session/discipline.
Already have a diagnosis and just need therapies?
We offer a $200 initial evaluation fee per discipline. After the initial evaluation, we offer competitive pricing options for continued therapies and HERO Clinic memberships. Contact us today to find out more!
